Founded by Brindice Rodriguez, a New York City transit operator, IVORA was created after recognizing a critical gap in facility maintenance where cleaning was routine, but true environmental standards and accountability were often missing.
Built during early mornings, late nights, and days off, IVORA reflects a mindset rooted in reliability, precision, and follow-through.
Today, IVORA operates as a structured environmental partner across facilities that require consistency, accountability, and operational control.
Our role is to bring structure, oversight, and consistency to facility environments - so operations run smoothly, standards are upheld, and nothing is left to chance.
